Turning off auto-renew subscriptions

If you prefer to renew your subscriptions yourself each year, you can turn off auto-renewal from your account. Your license stays active until its expiration date.

Step 1: Sign in to your GravityKit account

Go to the GravityKit sign-in page and log in with your email and password.

Step 2: Navigate to Billing

Once you’re logged in, click on Billing in the left sidebar. This will show you all your active subscriptions along with their renewal dates and amounts.

Step 3: Cancel auto-renewal

Find the subscription you’d like to manage and click the Cancel button in the Actions column.

On the next page, GravityKit shows what turning off auto-renewal means for your license: the date your license, updates, and support keep working until, and what you’ll miss after that. If your renewal price is lower than today’s prices, it shows the difference, because that price is lost once auto-renewal is off.

At the bottom, you can tell us why you’re turning it off. It’s optional, and it helps us improve. Click Turn off auto-renewal to confirm, or Keep auto-renewal on to go back.

What happens next?

Your subscription will no longer renew automatically. You’ll continue to have full access to the plugin, updates, and support until your license expires on the date shown in your Billing page. After your license expires, your plugins keep working, but you won’t receive updates, including security fixes, or support. Renewing your license explains how to renew it.
