Changing the payment method on your subscription
Paid by card
Sign in to your GravityKit account, open Billing, click Update Billing on the subscription, enter the new card, and save. The button shows only for active subscriptions and ones whose payment failed.
Paid through PayPal
A PayPal subscription can’t be switched to another payment method.
- Turn off its auto-renewal (Cancel). The license stays active until its expiration date.
- Renew from Billing: click All, find the subscription marked Cancelled, and click Renew.
- Pay with the new method at checkout. Renewing early adds a year to the current expiration date.
If the account belongs to someone else, contact support.
