If you have encountered the
Failed to deactivate license error message when attempting to deactivate your license key, it is worth trying a simple solution first.
Hold down the
Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac) key when you click the Deactivate link. This will override the deactivation process and forcibly remove the license key from your site.
If the problem persists, please contact our support team for further assistance.
