# Upgrading your license

You can upgrade your license at any time, and you pay only the [difference in cost](https://www.gravitykit.com/docs/general-help/billing/understanding-time-based-proration-for-license-upgrades/) from the license you already hold. Lifetime licenses are included: upgrading *to* a lifetime license credits the unused time on your current license, and upgrading *from* one credits the full price you paid for it.

To upgrade your license, first access your [GravityKit Account page](https://www.gravitykit.com/account/).

## 1. Access the [GravityKit Account page](https://www.gravitykit.com/account/)

## 2. Make sure you’re on the “Licenses” tab
