Q: Which version is free and which version is paid?
GravityExport Lite is free.
GravityExport is a paid add-on from GravityKit.

Q: Is GravityExport Lite required for GravityExport?
Yes. GravityExport needs GravityExport Lite installed and active. If it isn’t, GravityExport shows a notice on the Dashboard and Plugins screens asking for it.
Q: Why don’t I see the GravityExport Filters or GravityExport Save tabs in my form’s settings?
GravityExport 1.17.0 and newer always list both tabs in a form’s settings, so if they’re missing, update GravityExport. In 1.15.0 and 1.16.x, they appear only once the form’s download URL is enabled, or once the form already has an active (not paused) feed of that type. On those versions, go to the form’s Settings > GravityExport and click Enable download URL.
That also creates a download link for the form’s entries, which anyone who has it can use unless you change Download Permissions on the same tab (see Restricting file access in GravityExport). Save feeds don’t use the download link, so they keep running if you disable it later; the tab just hides again unless the form has an active Save feed.
Q: Do downloads from GravityExport Filters links count toward the “Download count” value?
Yes, when you download an export file using URLs generated by the GravityExport Filters feeds, it will increment the download counter.
Q: Why aren’t Merge Tags working for my “Custom Filename” setting in the GravityExport Save feed?
Most likely the feed’s Export Type is set to All Entries. An All Entries export covers many entries at once, so merge tags that output a single entry’s values are not available there. The date placeholders {DATE}, {TIMESTAMP}, {YYYY}, {YY}, {MM}, {MONTH} and {DD} work on any feed.
Q: Does GravityExport also export files uploaded via File Upload fields?
Yes! When a “save” feed is set to Single Entry and its storage destination is Dropbox, Box, or FTP, turn on Copy File Uploads to save the uploaded files alongside the export. Google Sheets and local storage don’t copy files: a Google Sheets export writes the file URL into the cell instead. Read more about it.
Q: Can I export Gravity Forms entries to Google Sheets?
Yes. GravityExport 1.15.0 and newer can send entries straight to a Google Sheets spreadsheet and keep it in step with your form, including edits and deletions. Connect a Google account under GravityKit > Settings > GravityExport, which needs an active GravityKit license that includes GravityExport, then choose Google Sheets as the storage destination on a Save feed. Q: Does GravityExport “save feeds” also export PDF files from Gravity PDF or Fillable PDFs?
Unfortunately, no. GravityExport can only export files that were uploaded through the File Upload fields.
