Q: Which version is free and which version is paid?
GravityExport Lite is free.
GravityExport is a paid add-on from GravityKit.

Q: Is GravityExport Lite required for GravityExport?
Yes, GravityExport currently requires Lite to be installed and activated. If it’s not, you will be shown messages guiding you to install and activate GravityExport Lite.
Q: Do downloads from GravityExport Filters links count toward the “Download count” value?
Yes, when you download an export file using URLs generated by the GravityExport Filters feeds, it will increment the download counter.
Q: Why aren’t Merge Tags working for my “Custom Filename” setting in the GravityExport Save feed?
Most likely, you have configured the feed to be “All Entries”. In “All Entries”, limited Merge Tags are available. No Merge Tags related to values from a single entry are enabled.
Q: Does GravityExport also export files uploaded via File Upload fields?
Yes! When a “save” feed is set to Single Entry and its storage destination is Dropbox, Box, or FTP, turn on Copy File Uploads to save the uploaded files alongside the export. Google Sheets and local storage don’t copy files: a Google Sheets export writes the file URL into the cell instead. Read more about it.
Q: Can I export Gravity Forms entries to Google Sheets?
Yes. GravityExport 1.15.0 and newer can send entries straight to a Google Sheets spreadsheet and keep it in step with your form, including edits and deletions. Connect a Google account under GravityKit > Settings > GravityExport, then choose Google Sheets as the storage destination on a Save feed. Read the full setup guide.
Q: Does GravityExport “save feeds” also export PDF files from Gravity PDF or Fillable PDFs?
Unfortunately, no. GravityExport can only export files that were uploaded through the File Upload fields.
