GravityExport Lite #
- Free to use
GravityExport Lite is a free plugin and can be found in the WordPress Plugins repository.
- Export data via a secret download URL
Enable a single download URL for each form in Gravity Forms and share the link with whoever needs the data. You can export entries without logging in or creating an admin account.
- Ability to export entries to Excel (or CSV)
Export your form data as a .xslx file.
- Attach Single Entry to Notification
Ability to attach an export file to one form notification. Formats supported: CSV and XLSX.
GravityExport #
Includes everything in the Lite version, as well as the following powerful features:
- Premium add-on
GravityExport is sold separately or included in the GravityKit All Access license.
- GravityExport Filter Sets
Adds a new Gravity Forms feed type that lets you save as many export URLs per form as you need, each with its own filename, file format, field selection, sort order, and download permissions. Conditional logic rules control which entries each export includes.
- GravityExport Save
It adds a new Gravity Forms feed type that delivers your entries on its own. Exports can run automatically each time a new entry is submitted, on a schedule (hourly, twice daily, daily, weekly, every 30 days, or a custom interval in hours), or whenever a webhook URL you control is requested. Each feed sends either all entries in one file or just the latest submitted entry, to a local folder (on the same server), Dropbox*, Box*, your own FTP or SFTP server*, or to a Google Sheets spreadsheet that stays in step with your form.
*Uploaded files can be copied alongside the export only in the single entry option, and only for Dropbox, Box, and FTP destinations. Read more about this feature.
- Scheduled export controls
- Scheduled export controls
A scheduled run can send every entry on the form, or only the entries added since the last successful run, so a weekly export handles just that week. A run that fails does not move the starting point, so nothing is skipped. Every feed keeps an Activity Log of its recent runs, and Copy to Other Forms applies one feed’s setup, storage included, to as many of your other forms as you need.
- Multiple Rows
Adds the ability to split fields with multiple values into multiple rows, giving each item its own row instead of packing them into one cell. This works for List fields and GP Nested Forms (Gravity Wiz), and makes analyzing and processing data easier after exporting.
- PDF Export
Export entries to PDF and customize the output by adjusting the orientation, page size, and more.
- Attach Single Entry to Notification
Includes PDF support, and the export can attach to several of a form’s notifications at once rather than just one. Multiple-notification support requires GravityExport Lite 2.7.0 or newer and Gravity Forms 2.9.9.2 or newer.
