How to re-run a GravityExport Save feed

If you want to re-run a GravityExport Save feed straight away, without waiting for its schedule or a new entry, you can do so in two ways. Either way, GravityExport asks you to confirm first, because the export writes to the destination immediately and replaces what is there. When it finishes, it reports how many rows it wrote and when, and the run is added to the feed’s Activity Log.

1. Run a single feed with the Export Now link #

Go to the form’s Settings, then GravityExport Save. Hover over the feed you want to run, then click the Export Now link (in versions before 1.15.0 this link was called “Process”).

2. Run multiple feeds with a bulk action #

To run several feeds at once, on the GravityExport Save settings page:

1. Check the boxes next to the feeds you want to run
2. Select Export Now from the Bulk actions dropdown
3. Click Apply, then confirm
