Interested in creating a real estate website with WordPress? It’s more straightforward than you think. WordPress plugins for real estate make it easy to manage properties, enhance user experience, and close those deals.
These plugins pack all the necessary features to showcase properties and attract clients. And the best part? No coding necessary.
In this article, I’ve compared six of the best WordPress plugins for all your real estate needs. Let’s get started!
Why use a WordPress plugin for real estate?
Sure, you could build a website from scratch. But why go to all that trouble? WordPress plugins simplify the work.
Faster, easier business operations
You’ve got homes to sell (or rent!), and time is of the essence. Don’t start from the ground up. Instead, use a plugin to transform your site into a real estate hub like Zillow, Redfin, and beyond. Many plugins offer handy drag-and-drop features, simple listing uploads, and multi-user management from the front end.
With a plugin, you’ll save time on coding and tweaking your real estate site. Dedicate those valuable hours to building relationships with clients instead!
Client satisfaction
In the modern world, clients want information — fast. Using a WordPress plugin for your real estate listings allows buyers and renters to explore their options online. They can compare properties, watch virtual tours, filter by specific parameters, and more.
By featuring an easy-to-use property directory on your real estate site, you’ll not only attract potential buyers and renters, but also ensure satisfaction right from the start.
Professional presence
No doubt about it: We live in a competitive world. Consumers have unlimited options, and the internet makes comparing these choices easier than ever. That’s why it’s crucial to make a professional, polished first impression.
By having an intuitive, informative, and attractive real estate website, you’ll build trust, confidence, and excitement among potential clients. And that’s before the home shopping even begins.
The top six WordPress real estate plugins
A quick search in the WordPress repository yields hundreds of real estate plugins. But which one is best? Only you can decide which tool meets your unique needs. The following real estate plugins for WordPress websites offer a healthy mix of useability, affordability, and features.
1. Gravity Forms & GravityView
Premium/free: Starts at $129/year.
Typical users: WordPress agencies and small business owners.
Gravity Forms is an intuitive form builder for WordPress. It empowers site owners to collect data and build connections with customers and users.
For a real estate site, the GravityView add-on is a must. GravityView enables you to display listings collected via Gravity Forms on the front-end of your site. Create calendars, charts, public profiles, and — you guessed it — real estate listings.
In Gravity Forms, you can add property details like address, amenities, beds and baths, and more. (Bonus: Download the free real estate listing template here!) Then, display this data in directory form with GravityView’s drag-and-drop builder.
GravityView includes widgets that are well-suited for real estate websites, like maps and search bars. Plus, use the optional GravityMath add-on to create a mortgage calculator, just like Zillow’s.
Gravity Forms and GravityView are not exclusively for real estate use cases, but that’s one of my favorite things about them. Instead of spending money on a niche tool, use a variety of Gravity Forms add-ons for all your business needs, from property listings to expense trackers and more. Now that’s versatility!
Is there a live demo?
Yes! You can view a live demo of the real-estate directory and get your own free trial site to test out the plugin.

GravityView’s pricing starts at $129/year for a single site. For the most bang for buck, I recommend the All Access Pass plan at $399/year (single site). This includes all Gravity Forms add-ons, including GravityMath.
2. Estatik

This is a customizable plugin, allowing you to integrate it into your existing site and reflect your brand identity. While the plugin does have a rather hgh number of 1-star reviews, most of these appear to be from several years ago, and it appears the plugin has improved significantly since then.
