Are you a customer?
If you have purchased GravityView or Entry Importer, you may have received an inaccurate license renewal email today. If you have already renewed and you got an email saying you didn’t: sorry about that! Your renewed license is valid. You can check your GravityView Account Page page to verify. If you have not renewed yet: the renewal link in the email wasn’t valid. You can also visit your GravityView Account Page to renew your license for 40% off.
So what happened?
We’re working on a great new homepage that will make it more clear what GravityView does and why. When we cloned information from our live site, we (accidentally) also included license renewal details as well. That meant you may have gotten the wrong email. Customer data is safe, and we never store any credit card information. Thank you for being a GravityView customer—if you have any questions, please email us at support@gravitykit.com.
