We’re excited to announce a major update to GravityRevisions, an add-on for Gravity Forms. With version 1.4, GravityRevisions adds form revisions to its capabilities, in addition to tracking changes to entries. Now, GravityRevisions is a comprehensive solution for Gravity Forms version control.
Adding form revisions support to Gravity Forms
The updated GravityRevisions plugin introduces an easy and powerful way to browse and restore form versions:
- Browse Form Revisions: Browse a table of past versions of your forms.
- Preview Revisions: See how the form looked before a change was made.
- Restore Revisions: Overwrite your current form with any past version to quickly revert to a previous state.
- Delete Revisions: Remove unnecessary revisions to keep your form history clean and manageable.

Enhanced auditing
Each form revision is tagged with the date and time of the change, along with the username of the person who made the modification. By knowing exactly who made changes and when, you can easily audit a form’s history, ensuring all changes are approved and in line with your organization’s standards and protocols.
Finally, “Undo changes” comes to Gravity Forms
With this new release, GravityRevisions provides you with the tools you need to manage your form history. Browse, and restore form revisions directly from your WordPress dashboard.
