Setting up the plugin is super quick and once you’ve configured your report, the download URL will automatically update to reflect new entries.

You have the ability to customize the Excel file by removing unwanted fields and you can also restrict entries to a certain date range.

What’s even more exciting is the Pro version that we’re releasing soon! This will let you save your reports to Dropbox or FTP, download entries as a PDF and create multiple download URLs with different filters.

3. Event Tracking for Gravity Forms

Developed by Ronald Heureca, this nifty add-on allows you to track events in Gravity Forms using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Matomoto.

The Event Tracking for Gravity Forms add-on is available for free on WordPress.org. It has over 30,000 active installations and a wealth of positive reviews!

After installing and activating the plugin, hover over Forms in the left-hand menu and click on Settings. Next, click on the Event Tracking tab. 

Here you can choose how you want to track events. If you choose Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, you’ll need to enter your UA Tracking ID.

Next, go to the Forms page in Gravity Forms, hover over the form you want to track, hover over Settings and click on Event Tracking. Click Add New to set up a new Event Tracking feed for your form.

Here you can set up event tracking by entering event details such as the category, label, value, etc. You can also enable conditional logic to process events according to the parameters that you set.

4. Surbma Divi & Gravity Forms

If you’re a Divi theme user, you’re going to love this next plugin. Divi & Gravity Forms by Surbma adds the Divi contact form styling to all of your Gravity Forms.

This is helpful for achieving a consistent look across your entire website without having to tinker with custom CSS.

After installing and activating the plugin, there are no settings to configure. It just works! It’s also extremely lightweight so you don’t have to worry about slowing down your site.

Manually exporting data from Gravity Forms and importing it into Google Sheets can be time-consuming, so why not automate the process using this nifty plugin?

After installing and activating the plugin, hover over Forms, click on Settings and then select the Google Sheets tab. Here you need to enter your Google Sheets API details. If you don’t know how to configure the API, follow the instructions on this screen.

Next, go to your Google Drive and create a new Google Sheet with headers that correspond to each of your form’s fields. 

Now edit your form in Gravity Forms and create a new Google Sheets feed. Choose your sheet from the dropdown menu and map each of the form fields accordingly.

When you’re finished, submit your form to check that everything is working. If it is, you should see your Google Sheet instantly populate with the data from your submission.
