GravityBoard is built as an add-on for Gravity Forms, so if you’re already using Gravity Forms to collect data, you’re halfway there. Once installed, GravityBoard gives you the power to turn any form’s entries into a fully interactive project management board. No third-party apps or integrations required!

Boards are created as feeds, enabling you to configure multiple boards for the same form, each tailored to a different workflow or use case. Board lanes represent the stages or categories of your workflow, and they’re pulled directly from a Drop Down or Radio Buttons field.

Each form entry becomes a card on the board, which can be updated and dragged across lanes to reflect progress or status changes. Making changes to a card will update the corresponding entry in Gravity Forms, ensuring your data stays in sync.

GravityBoard includes robust permission settings, so you can control exactly who can view or interact with your boards. Want team members to move cards but not edit them? No problem. Need to lock down sensitive boards for admins only? Simple.

Built for seamless collaboration

GravityBoard is designed for easy collaboration among team members, ensuring effortless communication and clear organization, so everyone stays on the same page.
