What does Magic Links do?
GravityView Magic Links generates secure, time-limited links that allow users (even those without an account) to edit entries directly through GravityView, without logging in. Links are unique, time-sensitive, and validated to ensure only authorized users can edit entries.
Secure and easy entry editing—no login required!
Limit editing to emails submitted through a form, or define a set list of specific emails (or entire domains) that are always allowed to request edit links. You can also choose how long the link remains active, all on a per-View basis.
Each magic link is unique, hashed, and time-sensitive. Email validation ensures only the right person can edit. Set expiration times for both the magic link itself and the overall window during which an entry can be edited after submission.
Configure Magic Links on a per-View basis, directly in the View settings. Validate emails, restrict by domain, or allow users to request links manually.
Send links automatically via confirmations or notifications using a merge tag. Let users update or correct their form submissions with a single click, without requiring an account.

Predefined “Allowed Emails” list: Make a list of email addresses that are allowed to edit, including “wildcard” matches, where you can match addresses from a whole domain name (*@example.com
will match all emails that contain @example.com
