Conversion Bridge connects the plugins you already use to the analytics and ad platforms you already pay for. There’s no tracking code to write and no tag manager to configure. Simply toggle on the platforms you want to send data to and check which Gravity Forms you want to track. Every submission can fire a conversion to the more than 30 platforms at once, including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn. Email, name, phone, and address fields are detected automatically, so ad platforms that support enhanced conversions get what they need to match the conversion to a real person improving attribution and helping you spend less on ads.

Conversion Bridge records the page-by-page conversion journey for every visitor before they submitted and stores it with their submission and can be included in email notifications. All attribution data is written to the Gravity Forms entry: UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content are saved from the visitor’s first visit, and ad click IDs like gclid and fbclid are saved from the click that brought them in, along with a plain label for which platform sent them. Because they’re stored as normal entry meta, they flow into your feeds, your CSV exports, and your merge tags. Push them into your CRM with whatever feed you already run, and keep the click ID on the record so you can upload offline conversions once that lead actually closes.

Past forms, there are 85 integrations covering WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, memberships, LMS plugins, and booking tools. 15+ cookie consent plugins are supported, so tracking waits for a visitor’s answer and ad click IDs are only stored when they agree.
