We believe GravityKit plugins are the best way to display, import, edit, export, and analyze your Gravity Forms entries. We want you to love our plugins. If you aren’t thrilled with your purchase over the next 30 days, we’ll refund your money.
The same goes for upgrades. If you upgrade your license and aren’t happy with the new plan within 30 days of upgrading, we’ll refund what you paid for the upgrade and move your license back to your previous plan.
We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to, normally within one business day. We reserve the right to deny a refund request at our discretion.
