GravityExport

Export Gravity Forms entries to Excel, CSV, or PDF and share them instantly with secure download links.

GravityExport 1.15.0 can now send entries straight to Google Sheets and keep the spreadsheet in step with your form: new submissions, edits, and deletions all flow through, so the sheet you share with your team is never a stale download.

Setup is a one-time job. Connect your Google account in your GravityKit settings, then point a form's export feed at a new spreadsheet (created for you and named after the form) or one you already have in Drive. Data arrives typed, meaning numbers as numbers, dates as dates, and currency as currency, so you can sort, filter, and build formulas without cleaning anything up first.

You also control when exports run: automatically on every new entry, on a schedule, or when a webhook fires. Each feed keeps an Activity Log of its recent runs, and optional connection monitoring warns you if Google stops accepting the connection. 🤖 THE PROMPT

AI is hunting WordPress bugs (that's good news)

Did you know that WordPress has a bug bounty program? That's where security researchers submit bug reports and get rewarded when a real vulnerability is confirmed and fixed.

For roughly a decade, the program received a steady 20 to 30 vulnerability reports a month. Last month it received 450.

The reason? AI. This summer, a security researcher used an OpenAI model to find a remote code execution flaw in WordPress core for about $25 in token costs. That result got attention, and now AI labs and AI-powered security firms are all pointing their models at WordPress.

The credits on the recent 7.0.3 release read like an AI industry who's who: Anthropic, pwn.ai, and Aikido Security all reported vulnerabilities that got fixed. WordPress Security Team rep John Blackbourn calls it "an entirely new era of AI-assisted security research."

If you've noticed more security releases than usual (7.0.3 patched 12 vulnerabilities, and 7.0.4 followed a week later with another fix), that's why. And honestly? This is good news.

These bugs aren't new. Some sat in core for years, waiting for someone with enough patience to find them. Machines have that patience, and they don't tire. The uncomfortable stretch we're in now, with reports piling up faster than anyone expected, ends with a WordPress core that's been scrutinized more thoroughly, and is therefore more secure, than at any point in its 23-year history.
