Display Gravity Forms entries on the front-end of your site and build powerful web applications.
Today is the last day of our GravityView 3.0 launch week, where we highlight one new feature every day. Today we're spotlighting all the enhancements that we haven't spoken about yet. We call these hidden gems: the smaller enhancements and quality-of-life improvements that make Views easier to build and manage.
The biggest is a smarter date search: filter by date with one-click presets (This Week, This Year, Last Year), use a new combined date range picker, and set minimum and maximum dates so visitors can only choose from the range you allow.
Here are some of the other upgrades I think you'll feel the most:
Layout switching that respects your work – change a View's type (say, Table to Layout Builder) without losing your field configuration.
View revision history – roll back changes anytime, with one-click restore right from the Edit View screen.
And more – paginate multiple Views on the same page independently, navigate with new Page Links display modes, and enjoy a noticeably faster block editor experience.

If you've used an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT, you've probably wished it could do more than simply make suggestions on how to improve your site. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is what makes that possible. Think of it as the bridge that lets an AI assistant take real actions on your site.
We've had the GravityKit MCP for a while, and until now it could only create and edit your Gravity Forms forms and entries. With GravityView 3.0, it now supports full View creation. You can tell your assistant something like, "make a directory from this form, use the table layout, show name, email, and company, and add a search bar with a date filter," and it sets the whole thing up. Choosing the layout, adding and arranging fields, and configuring the search bar, filters, and widgets—AI can do all of it.
What makes this work is quietly a big deal. GravityView 3.0 plugs into WordPress's new Abilities API (in WordPress 6.9 and newer), the emerging standard for letting plugins safely expose their actions to AI agents. It's a glimpse of where WordPress is heading: building a page or a View becomes something you can hand off and refine in plain language.
Important: AI is not enabled by default (it requires setting up the MCP). And if it is enabled, you're still in the driver's seat. The assistant drafts, you review and adjust. But going from a blank form to a working View in a single prompt genuinely feels like a step change.
