1.4.0 on November 5, 2026

This release improves advanced search filters and stops a form's Entries screen from adding the site's address to the browser's address bar.

✨ Improved

  • Advanced search filters:
    • "Has any of", "has all of", and "has none of" conditions on Dynamic Lookup fields with "Allow multiple selections" and the enhanced user interface off worked only for entries with a single selection;
    • "Has any of", "has all of", and "has none of" conditions on Multi Select fields that store a comma-separated list did not find a choice containing a comma, such as "Paris, France", and a condition for "Paris" or "France" wrongly matched it;
    • A form's Entries screen could not be opened when the form had a Name field saved without its sub-fields.

🐛 Fixed

  • Changing pages, sorting, or searching on a form's Entries screen added the site's address to the browser's address bar.

Version 1.3.1 permalink

1.3.0 on October 22, 2026

This release improves advanced search filters and fixes several issues with their date pickers and with text that stayed in English on non-English sites.

✨ Improved

  • Advanced search filters:
    • Conditions on fields that store a user, post, or entry ID (such as Dynamic Lookup, Populate Anything, or Nested Forms fields) now match the name the field displays, and only records the visitor is allowed to see ("is" and "is not" with a number still compare the stored ID);
    • Condition dropdowns that search users, entries, or posts now load their choices only when opened;
    • Conditions on Entry Date, Date Updated, or Payment Date with a non-date value (such as a merge tag for a text field) caused a fatal error on PHP 8;
    • "Is", "is not", "in", and "not in" conditions on Product, Option, or Shipping field choices matched no entries;
    • Conditions using the {get} merge tag found no entries or the wrong ones when the value in the page address contained &, +, or %;
    • "Has any of", "has all of", and "has none of" conditions on Dynamic Lookup fields with "Allow multiple selections" and the enhanced user interface worked only for entries with a single selection;
    • Several issues with "Any form field" conditions, such as "does not contain" keeping entries that contained the value;
    • Date pickers did not appear on sites in Portuguese (Portugal, AO90), and showed months and years from another calendar system on sites in Persian, Pashto, or Thai;
    • When WordPress was set to a language other than English, screen readers announced the day, month, and year of date conditions in English;
    • Several issues with the condition builder and date pickers, including on sites in languages other than English;
    • Several issues with condition dropdowns.

🐛 Fixed

  • When WordPress was set to a language other than English, the search filters and their date range picker showed buttons and labels, such as "Add Condition" and "Today", in English.
  • Pages could show an error when another plugin processed merge tags without a form.

Version 1.3.0 permalink

1.2.0 on September 24, 2026

This release makes conditional logic more accessible and fixes matching on product prices.

Note: GravitySearch now requires WordPress 6.5 or newer.

✨ Improved

  • Keyboard and screen reader accessibility of conditional logic: focus stays in place when adding or removing a condition, the AND/OR switch is a single control, and date fields and buttons identify the field they belong to.
  • Wider Custom Value box in narrow settings panels.

🐛 Fixed

  • Conditional logic on product prices matched the wrong entries, especially with currencies that use a comma for decimals or place the symbol first (such as Pound Sterling).
  • The page scrolled when a date picker calendar was opened or closed.

Version 1.2.0 permalink

1.1.0 on August 27, 2026

This release gives the Global Search page its own Screen Options for setting entries per page, and refines the advanced search filters with clearable dates, a tidier date picker, and closer integration with Dynamic Lookup fields.

🚀 Added

  • Screen Options on the Global Search page, with a setting for the number of entries shown per page.

✨ Improved

  • Advanced search filters:
    • Date filters now have a clear button, so a date can be emptied without selecting over it;
    • The date picker's calendar and clear buttons now sit inside the field and level with the value, making a date filter easier to recognize at a glance;
    • Dynamic Lookup filters now use the Lookup plugin's own choice API when available (Gravity Forms Lookup Field 1.8 or newer), with the previous integration kept as a fallback for older versions.

🐛 Fixed

  • The number of entries shown per page on the Global Search page being tied to the Gravity Forms Entries page, so changing one changed the other — the two settings are now independent, with your existing page size carried over the first time.
