  • Forms with conditional logic appeared as an empty grey box, and the widget's settings flyout failed to appear;
  • Multiple Gravity Forms widgets on the same page rendered with each other's theme styles.

This hotfix update addresses a non-critical PHP notice in WordPress 6.7 and newer.
