[Math summaries](https://www.gravitykit.com/docs/gravitymath/how-to-display-summaries-using-gvmath/) and using the  shortcode to calculate Survey fields are currently does not support the Survey add-on.

We hope to support this in a future version of the plugin. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
