[GravityExport Lite](https://www.gravitykit.com/products/gravityexport-lite/) allows you to easily bulk export all of your forms into a single Excel spreadsheet.

Here's how it works:

- Inside the Forms menu of Gravity Forms, click on the Forms page.
- Click on the checkbox to the left of the Status column to select all forms or select just the ones you want to export.
- On the Bulk Actions dropdown, select "Download as one file".
- Hit the Apply button to export all the forms into an XLSX file.

**Notice:**

While it's possible to download multiple forms to the same spreadsheet, each form will be in its own tab/sheet.

It's not possible to combine entries from different forms in the same sheet. or automatically generate multiple files.
