If you prefer to renew your subscriptions manually instead of having them automatically renew each year, you can easily turn off auto-renewal from your account. Your license will remain active until its expiration date - you're just opting out of automatic billing.

### Step 1: Sign in to your GravityKit account

Head over to [gravitykit.com/sign-in](https://www.gravitykit.com/sign-in/) and log in using your email and password.

### Step 2: Navigate to Billing

Once you're logged in, click on **Billing** in the left sidebar. This will show you all your active subscriptions along with their renewal dates and amounts.

### Step 3: Cancel auto-renewal

Find the subscription you'd like to manage and click the **Cancel** button in the Actions column.

*On the next page, you'll be asked to select a reason for cancelling. Your feedback helps us improve our products!*![Cancellation reason selection form with auto-renewal option highlighted](https://www.gravitykit.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/file-Cfr1K8Tp36.png)
After selecting a reason, click **"I want to cancel auto-renewal"** to confirm

### What happens next?

Your subscription will no longer renew automatically. You'll continue to have full access to the plugin, updates, and support until your license expires on the date shown in your Billing page.
