### Paid by card

[Sign in to your GravityKit account](https://www.gravitykit.com/sign-in/), open **Billing**, click **Update Billing** on the subscription, enter the new card, and save. The button shows only for active subscriptions and ones whose payment failed.

### Paid through PayPal

A PayPal subscription can't be switched to another payment method.

- [Turn off its auto-renewal](https://www.gravitykit.com/docs/general-help/billing/turning-off-auto-renew-subscriptions/) (**Cancel**). The license stays active until its expiration date.
- Renew from **Billing**: click **All**, find the subscription marked Cancelled, and click **Renew**.
- Pay with the new method at checkout. Renewing early adds a year to the current expiration date.
