Need to add your company name, VAT number, or update your billing address on a GravityKit invoice?

You can do this yourself from your account page.

This is useful when:

- Your invoice needs to show your company name instead of your personal name
- You need to add a VAT or tax ID number for accounting purposes
- Your billing address has changed
- You need to add any special notes to the invoice

### 1. Go to your Account page and find the order

Log in to your [GravityKit Account](https://www.gravitykit.com/account/) and click **Billing** in the sidebar. Then click the **Order History** tab to see all your past orders.

Find the order you want to update and click the **Invoice** button in the Actions column.

### 2. Click "Update Billing Information"

On the invoice page, you will see your current billing details in the "Invoice To" section. Click the **Update Billing Information** button to make changes.

### 3. Enter your billing details

A form will appear where you can update:

- **Billing Name**: Your name or company name
- **Billing Address**: Street address, city, postal code, country
- **Tax/VAT Number**: Your tax identification number (optional)
- **Invoice Notes**: Any additional information you need on the invoice (optional)

Click **Update** to save your changes

### 4. Download your updated invoice

After saving, you will be taken back to the invoice page. Use the **Print** or **Download** buttons to get a copy of your updated invoice.
